We understand that schedules, minds and budgets can change; however, according to our school policy, we ask that you simply give us a 30-day notice by FILLING OUT THE FORM BELOW when withdrawing from our program.

Once the below form is submitted, you will officially be withdrawn from the Genesis School of Music within 30 days.
